Bio
My name is Lauren Palmer. I was born, raised, and currently live in Richmond, Virginia, but have also lived in North Carolina, Southern California, and upstate New York. I became a Mama Coach because I am passionate about using my nursing education and experience to support other women through pregnancy and parenting. I have worked inpatient as a labor, delivery, and postpartum nurse, and outpatient in both fertility and OB-Gyn practices. When I'm not working you can find me either spending time with my 2 kids, playing tennis, or relaxing with friends.
