Hi! I’m Kari - Registered Nurse, Mama, and Health Coach from West Linn, Oregon just outside of Portland. I became a Mama Coach because I love working with families! During my 25 year career as a NICU nurse, I discharged many families with limited support. This led to a passion for offering helpful education because as knowledge builds, confidence grows! The importance of promoting good health and preventing disease also drew me to become a nationally board certified health coach. I realize that each individual and family is unique and I love to support others reach their optimal health through their individual health goals. My husband and I have 4 amazing children and 2 adorable golden retrievers. In my spare time, I love to golf, have coffee with friends, travel, garden, and enjoy the outdoors especially the beach!
