Welcome, my name is Calina! I’m a Registered Nurse providing in-home and virtual support for new and growing families in Maine. I am passionate about evidence-informed education and coaching to help families through the ups and downs of caring for baby. If you feel like you’ve tried everything and it’s just not working, you’re overwhelmed on how to care for this new human you’ve brought home, or you’re looking for extra support in the 4th trimester, I can help!
