Bio

I began my RN career caring for mother’s and newborns on the postpartum unit at Rockyview General Hospital. The same hospital that I was born at and where I recently delivered my beautiful baby girl in March of 2023. This is where I found my passion for supporting mothers/parents in this exciting yet challenging new chapter in their life. Prior to becoming a nurse, I worked primarily as an au-pair/nanny for families, working with newborns, toddlers and up to school aged children. Since becoming a new mama, I have realized that there have been times where I need additional support/education, despite having a nursing education and years of experience with little ones. This is why I feel strongly that each mama deserves evidence based support that addresses unique challenges. My main goal as a nurse and a Mama Coach is the be there for families, to truly hear what you need and support you in your goals based on your own definition of success. I feel that my strength as a nurse rests in my ability to bring empathy and compassion into my practice at each step of the way. I aim to bring a sense of hope and enjoyment to the challenges that come with having a new little one join your family.
