This comprehensive, two week package will leave you feeling confident in all areas of parenting with your toddler, not just sleep. You’ll notice your days are easier with less tantrums, and more importantly, that your toddler is becoming an incredible sleeper. This means you can reclaim your evenings to rest and recharge; instead of laying in bed night after night anxious about when they’ll wake up.
This package includes:
- 90-minute assessment and consultation (virtual or in-person) where we will assess your toddlers development, nutrition, circadian rhythm, routine, and deepen our understanding of your parenting style and sleep goals.
- After our consultation you can expect a customized sleep plan, outlining beginning to end how we plan to achieve your sleep goals.
- From there, we will support and guide you each step of the way with our interactive online sleep logs, emails and phone calls.
