Today we chat about daylight savings and how you can help your babe adjust to the time change! Though it doesn’t seem like much, the one hour really makes a difference! We do not want your little one waking up at 6 instead of 7! That is precious sleep time for you, or a warm coffee before you have to turn on “mom mode”.
