Hi there, I’m Rebecca. As a mother of three I have often wondered how much more challenging the experience of becoming a parent would have been if I was not a NICU nurse. I have been a neonatal intensive care nurse for 15 years and welcomed all three of my own children in 4 short years. I experienced pregnancy complications, postpartum depression and all of the challenges associated with caring for newborns and toddlers at the same time. My experience with NICU babies and their families constantly highlights the reality all parents face of enjoying their new child while trying to figure out how to take care of them during the first few days, weeks and months of their life. As a Mama Coach, I have a passion for empowering parents with knowledge and confidence to be the best version of themselves for their new child.
