Hi, I’m Lindsey. I live in Wainwright, Alberta - my hometown. I have been back in Wainwright for 5 years now with my husband and two daughters. I love raising my family in the rural community where my I grew up. I have been a registered nurse for 15 years. I started my career working in labor & delivery and postpartum. I have also worked in diabetes & respiratory education, immunizations and community health. My first love as a nurse is working with moms and babies. I am drawn to working with Mamas in pregnancy and during postpartum. I find it so rewarding to be a part of helping a Mama confidently care for her baby and herself. As a Mama myself I relate to the struggles that come with being a new parent. By the time I had my babies I had spent years helping other new Mamas in the hospital but that didn’t make certain aspects of my own journey easier. When you are exhausted it is easy to become overwhelmed and it can be difficult to find help. If you are a Mama who is feeling overwhelmed or struggling with caring for your new baby, know that you are not alone. In my Mama Coach practice, I provide support for you in your motherhood journey with the aspects that can be the most challenging.
