Hi everyone, my name is Jenn Donnelly, originally from New York, but with my husband being in the Navy, we have found ourselves in Chesapeake Virginia and love it! I am an Army Veteran myself with many years in the medical field. I have been a RN for 5 years, and started my career as a MedSurg/Ortho Nurse, transitioned to Home Health Nurse, and landed in Care Management RN. I appreciate the opportunity to coach and help my patients overcome challenges they may be facing. As a mom of two beautiful children I can empathize with some of the challenges being a new or seasoned parent can bring.
