Prenatal Education Tailored to You

Get the education you need from a source you can trust.

I know how important it is to have access to evidence-based resources while you are pregnant.  Quality prenatal classes and information help mothers feel prepared for birth, and families ready to bring their newborns home.  I also offer the option of private, one-on-one classes — virtual or in-home!

$75 per couple (group sessions) or $250 per couple (private sessions)

Are you busy trying to prepare for your new baby’s arrival?  Maybe you have what feels like a million questions or a unique pregnancy circumstance and would like a class specifically tailored to you.  If this sounds like something you would benefit from, then my prenatal classes will help you feel more confident and prepared for your upcoming delivery. This 3–4 hour class is as interactive as you’d like it to be.  We will spend the entire session talking about your specific pregnancy, birth wishes, and baby’s growth and development.

$25 per couple (group sessions) or $45 per couple (private sessions)

The more you know, the easier breastfeeding may be. Please keep in mind this is a learned skill that will take a lot of practice once your child is born. Join me virtually for this live 60-minute workshop on preparing for breastfeeding. Providing you with evidence informed breastfeeding information and tips, that will leave you feeling confident and excited to get started.

Are you wondering what the heck antenatal hand expression is?  Essentially, this term refers to collecting the initial breast milk you produce — called colostrum — before your child arrives.  I can walk you through the entire process, after gaining your healthcare providers permission, around 37 weeks. After this 1 hour consult you will receive a 40-page eBook about hand expression. A self-paced option is also available, contact me below for more information!
