Hi, I am Kari! Thank you for taking a moment to learn more about who I am and my desire to walk alongside families as they are navigating the early stage of parenthood. When I had my first child, I realized that even with all of my years of training as a pediatric nurse, I didn’t fully know what I was getting myself into. I understand the feelings of uncertainty, sleep deprivation, all the body changes, the feelings of isolation, and the amazing sense of awe as you hold your little one in your arms. I know for a fact that I am a better nurse and mother now because of all the things my children have taught me and the support system that has cheered me on. As a Mama Coach, my greatest desire is to support you and your unique family as you navigate this chapter of your life.
