Hi, I’m Jenny.
I’ve been a Registered Nurse since 2003 — most recently as a Women’s Health Family Practice Nurse with the Primary Care Network. My passion for supporting families came with the birth of my son (and rainbow baby), Caleb, in 2013 and reignited with my daughter, Olivia, in 2015. When the opportunity presented itself, to bring The Mama Coach to Grande Prairie in November 2017, I jumped at the chance to serve our amazing community in this capacity. My goal is to ensure families feel supported and help them enjoy their parenting journey as much as possible along the way.

Group Prenatal Classes
Join us for this stand alone virtual class and meet other parents-to-be. We will walk you through all you need to feel confident about labour, delivery, the postpartum and newborn period, as well as breast and bottle feeding. Sessions usually run around 4 hours depending on group needs. You’ll have access to me via email until the birth of your baby if any questions come up. Check out my events section to see if there is a date that works best for you!
Total Support Package
This package includes a private prenatal class, tailored specifically to you and your partner. Once your baby arrives, we will schedule two visits 5 weeks apart (in-person or virtual) where I will help you with feeding, sleep and newborn care. I will continue to provide support over the next eight weeks. You will feel completely encouraged and prepared to care for your newborn.
“I don’t even know where to begin. How has Jenny made my world a little brighter or easier… Jenny, you’ve been by my side through this mama journey since I was 7 to 8 months pregnant with my son. I attended your prenatal classes, motivational mondays and sleep training. Now I’m 11 months postpartum and feel like I’m a well rested, educated, and functioning mother all because of the resources you have shared and continue to share and your amazing support. I tell all my mama friends about you because I really feel that you truly are a coach. You aid, help, guide, teach and inspire. Thank you for all that you do and continue to do. Love from,”

“Amazing!!!! My son’s 4 month sleep regression was brutal. Sleeping in our house was almost non-existent, and I felt like my toddler and husband were be neglected. I called Jenny. She responded very fast and together, helped create a plan to get my family back on track. We quickly saw so many positive changes. Along with that, she was so available to help out with any problems, questions or even to listen to a crazy sleep deprived mom’s rant many times. Honestly, I was not sure how I felt about sleep training but Jenny taught me the value and importance of sleep, she has provide information for the future and how to attack new milestones and she helped me to be able to enjoy being a mom again!”

“My spouse and I recently attended Jenny’s virtual “Not Your Average Prenatal Class” and it was amazing! Jenny is an engaging teacher and evidence-based expert. As a Registered Nurse myself I appreciated this greatly. My husband and I both learned a bunch and we had a lot of fun in the course! 100% would recommend Jenny’s expertise! I’m already looking forward to future classes she offers…sleep training is high on that list for sure! Thank you Jenny for making the class entertaining and relevant!!”
