IN-HOME FEEDING CONSULT
$150
During our 60-90 minute consultation, I will perform a thorough feeding assessment by observing your infant feed as well as assess your infant’s oral function. Based on my assessment, I will provide recommendations as well as a personalized feeding plan via email. This package also includes my comprehensive Breastfeeding eBook and one week of email support after our consult.
Virtual feeding consult
$75
This service includes a 60 minute virtual session over Zoom where I will perform a feeding assessment and provide recommendations as well as a personalized feeding plan via email. This session can also be used to discuss any questions related to pumping, breastfeeding, bottle-feeding or starting solids. This package also includes one week of email support after our consult.

This Package includes a 30 minute virtual assessment over Zoom where I will perform an assessment of your current feeding situation and develop a plan to help you determine the best plan to transition your little one from breastmilk. This package also includes my comprehensive Weaning eBook as well as one week of email support after our consult.

As a Registered Nurse, I am here to guide you as you gain confidence in your unique parenting style. We take every factor into account when finding out the best solution for whatever it is you are going through.
PRENATAL & NEWBORN CARE CLASS
$250 per couple
This 3-4 hour private class will completely prepare you and your partner for labor, birth and postpartum. We will spend the entire session talking about your specific pregnancy, birth wishes, and baby’s growth and development. This package includes unlimited support from me until you deliver as well as my comprehensive Prenatal and Postpartum eGuide. Available in-person and virtually.
PRENATAL FEEDING SUPPORT
$50
Whether you plan to breastfeed, bottle feed or do a combination on both, this session is for you! This 60-90 minute virtual session will not only prepare you for breastfeeding, but also pumping & bottle feeding (breastmilk/formula). We will dive into the different types of formula and you will be provided with evidence informed breastfeeding information and tips, that will leave you feeling confident and excited to get started. This package includes my comprehensive Feeding & Pumping, bottles and formula eBooks.
NEWBORN CARE AND SLEEP SUPPORT
$350
Do you have a gassy or colicky newborn? Struggling to figure out feeding challenges or how to help your newborn with laying a healthy foundation of sleep? Or maybe you just have lots of questions and would like that personal touch. This package includes a 90 minute feeding and sleep assessment and consultation (virtual or in-home). This package also includes weekly phone calls and email support for four weeks, email support for one month as well as my comprehensive Newborn Care eGuide .
