Hello! My name is Alex. I am a Registered Nurse and owner of The Mama Coach in Cornwall & SDG. I have been a Registered Nurse for 8 years now. I have 5 years of experience working in Labour & Delivery/Postpartum and a year of experience working in Public Health. I am also a Mama to 2 little one’s, a 3 year old girl and a 1 year old boy so I know first hand the types of challenges these transitions can bring. As an experienced Registered Nurse and Mama myself, I know the importance of having a trusted support system. I am passionate and committed to providing families with evidence-based information and non-judgmental support. You know your child best!
